SNAP AND WIC MATCHING PROGRAM

The PCM Matching program is an incentive program to encourage SNAP and WIC customers to spend their benefits at our community market. The program is funded primarily by our donors.

When using SNAP/EBT:

  1. Go to the Market Info Tent and tell the staff you want to spend your SNAP/EBT.

  2. Hand your SNAP/EBT card to staff or enter your card number and select the amount you’d like to spend, using your PIN.

  3. Debit your SNAP/EBT dollars as PCM SNAP tokens. You will also receive a dollar-for-dollar match of up to $30 of your total purchase as PCM Matching tokens AND FreshMatch coupons up to $30.

  4. Shop for SNAP-eligible foods with your SNAP tokens and FreshMatch coupons.

  5. Shop at any of our weekly/biweekly vendors with your PCM matching tokens.

When using FMNP WIC/SENIOR:

  1. Spend your FMNP checks or electronic benefits with eligible farmers. Get a receipt for your FMNP purchases.

  2. Take your receipt to the Market Info Tent.

  3. Exchange the receipt at the Info Tent for PCM matching tokens, a dollar-for-dollar match of your purchase.
    Note: Only FMNP receipts are eligible for matching. The Produce Plus program will not be matched.

  4. Shop at any of our weekly/biweekly vendors with your PCM tokens.
